The flag of Laos represents the country of Laos in Southeast Asia. It consists of three horizontal stripes with the middle stripe being twice the width of the top and bottom stripes. The top stripe is blue, the middle is white, and the bottom is red. The blue stripe represents freedom, the white represents unity and justice, and the red represents the blood shed in the independence struggle.
